About Kristi

Kristi has been helping people through massage therapy since 1999. Although she is new to living in SETX, she grew up in SW Louisiana and is very familiar with the area. She loves spending time with her family and serving others. Kristi is passionate about helping her clients with their pain. She has been trained in a variety to modalities including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, prenatal, medical massage (upper body), and more. She is currently working on a certifying in a technique called Rapid NFR (Neuro Fascial Reset) to help improve results for her clients. Kristi is also trained in aromatherapy and loves helping her clients with their emotional or physical health concerns by recommending essential oils and other natural supplements. She has received a doTERRA Essential Oil Specialist Certification, an AromaTouch Technique Certification, and has also received a certification as an Essential Emotions Coach. She uses pure essential oils at home and in her massage practice and loves seeing how they can positively affect the body and emotional well being of her family and clients.
