About Paula

Paula is a lifelong native to the golden triangle. She was born with a passion to help others and started her career in massage therapy in 1994.  In her 30 years of professional experience as a licensed massage therapist, she has owned and operated 3 massage & skin day spas in the area.  Paula established Tranquility Spa in Vidor Texas in 2014.  Over the years she has received a multitude of training and certifications in a variety of therapeutic healing techniques and modalities such as deep tissue massage, myofascial structural work, trigger point therapy, full body stretching, postural analysis, and more.  She also studied the art of energy balancing and meditation, receiving her masters certification in Reiki in 2019.  After years of practicing therapeutic massage, she is now combining her knowledge and skill of lymphatic drainage skinny massage, contour body wraps for inch loss, and cellulite reduction with her most recent training and certifications in Subzero Cryotherapy.  She has helped with things such as pain relief, sports recovery, cryo-slimming and cryo-sculpting.  These are the #1 slimming and pain management treatments available.
